I recently stayed here for 2 nights and loved the cozy room with a minibar and tea-making facilities. The rooftop terrace and relaxing spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bed was a tad hard for my taste, but overall, a great experience! 😊

We recommend this hotel, spent here relaxing 1 night. The venue was tasteful and clean, everything was great! The room was reasonably spacious and had a nice size bathroom. Unbeatable location, nice staff on reception desk - greatly enjoyed it!

Couple's unique experience
We had a nice River View Double Room, the decor and colors were gorgeous. You could feel the vibe even from our room! The staff was friendly and were very good when we needed help with our luggage. Those moments.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive. But you pay for the location, right?

The outstanding service provided by all the staff
Road noise in the room was very loud

The lift was out of service for the whole stay (4 days), so we had to go up for 4 floors several times a day. The big shower head only delivered lukewarm water, forcing us to wash with the small jet to hold in our hands because there is no support. We asked to replace a light bulb, but no one intervened. If it wasn't for the location right in the center of Dublin, from where you can reach Temple bar, Grafton Street and many other near places in a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend it also because of quality/price ratio which is absolutely disproportionate. The building should be modernized, especially rooms, in order to make your stay more comfortable.

Excellent place with friendly staff, free wi-fi, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I still remember how they helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. I recommend the restaurant for a good meal. Can't wait for my romantic escape!

It was quaint hotel with really friendly staff on the reception desk. My double room was recently refurbished. The location was great for walking around Ha'penny Bridge. Food in the pretty good restaurant was great!

Had a blast staying with friends! We checked out some awesome shows at the local music venue and enjoyed late-night snacks at nearby restaurants. The hotel offered a great atmosphere with its cozy bar and beautiful décor. Just a heads up, the rooms can be a bit dated, but still super clean and comfy!

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance of most major attractions.
For a hotel in the 4-5 star bracket, the lack of accessories was disappointing. Our room had no coffee/tea making facilties, premium TV/movie channels or nice touches such as bath robes. The charge for a full breakfast was ludicrously expensive at 27.50 euros per person. We didn't eat in the hotel once during our four-day stay.

The room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were very helpful and were always friendly and the location was brilliant - right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were very good.
It was disappointing that there were no tea making facilities as this is usually standard in most hotels. I was also surprised that soap was not replaced as part of servicing the room. These were minor irritations and we would happily stay here again.
